Technical Scope
As the electrical infrastructure partner, Adex Group engineered and implemented a robust system designed to support a high-density, modern skyscraper:
- High-Capacity Distribution: Implementation of a Complete Substation tailored for high-load commercial requirements.
- Precision Stability: Installation of an 11kV High-Precision AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) to eliminate voltage fluctuations, ensuring critical building systems operate without interruption.
- Infrastructure Connectivity: Comprehensive supply and installation of Busbar Trunking Systems (BBT) for seamless, space-efficient power distribution across 40 floors.
